Born and raised in Las Vegas, Matthew is a 4th Generation General Contractor and has worked in construction for the entirety of his adult life. First getting his C-20 Tile License in 2017 where he completed residential/commercial work across the Las Vegas Valley. Matthew worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent - managing large/small scale projects in high rise buildings and commercial buildings before opening Hermanos Construction. Matthew currently holds General B-2 License and B-6 License and is capable of Ground up Construction, Commercial Remodels, and Remodels in High Rise Buildings. Matthew is IICRC certified in Water Damage Remediation, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Mike has played a key role in launching multiple startup businesses and founding several of his own companies. In 2019, he was employed to manage and operate four retail stores, and through his leadership, he expanded the organization to 12 stores across five states. Demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Mike started several businesses of his own and has been a significant figure in the founding of Hermanos Construction. Additionally, he previously held a real estate license in Nevada, overseeing and closing transactions totaling over $5,000,000
